Terms of Service

These Terms of Service govern your use of https://sipilot.id and related services provided by PT SIPILOT INFORMASI TEKNOLOGI — G Land Arcadia 3 No. 11, Jl. Cikoneng, Bojongsoang, Bandung Regency, West Java 40288, Indonesia. ("Sipilot", "we"). By using the Service you agree to these terms.

1. The Service

Sipilot provides general-aviation information and tools (such as weight & balance calculation, weather information, and planning), online classes and webinars, and membership and community features. The Service may change, expand, or be discontinued from time to time.

2. Accounts

Some features require an account. You are responsible for keeping your credentials confidential and for activity under your account. You must provide accurate information.

3. Classes, Webinars, and Scheduling

• Classes are evergreen: while a class is published and enrollment is open, you may register at any time without preselecting a session date.
• Once your payment is verified, your registration is pending scheduling until the organizer assigns a session/cohort. The organizer confirms your session assignment no later than 14 calendar days from verified payment (see section 5). No specific session date is guaranteed unless announced in writing.
• Sessions have a capacity and an enrollment cutoff (no later than one hour before start). If a session is full or the cutoff has passed, you will be scheduled for a later session.
• Schedule invitations with the meeting link (e.g. Google Meet) are emailed only to participants whose payment is verified and who are assigned to a session.

4. Payments and Fulfillment

• Prices are displayed in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR). Available payment methods are shown at purchase. Class payments may be manual transfers verified by the organizer before access is granted; verification time may vary.
• Manual bank-transfer payments are verified by SiPilot against our official bank account records. Transfer proof you upload aids verification but is not by itself a payment confirmation — your access is granted only after your payment status becomes verified.
• Fulfillment occurs when payment is verified — you receive a payment-confirmation email and become entitled to session scheduling.
• For purchases processed by an online payment provider (Xendit), that provider's terms also apply to the transactions it processes.

5. Rescheduling, Cancellation, and Refunds

• The organizer may reschedule or cancel sessions; affected participants are contacted by the organizer for rescheduling to a later session.
• Before you are assigned to a session: you may request a full refund at any time.
• Evergreen classes are scheduled on a rolling basis as cohorts fill. The organizer assigns and confirms your schedule no later than 14 calendar days from your verified payment — this deadline applies to confirming a schedule, not to holding the session. If no schedule is confirmed within 14 calendar days, you may choose a full refund or voluntarily remain in the scheduling queue — contact sipilotinformasiteknologi@gmail.com.
• Once you are scheduled to a session that has not yet taken place: a full refund is granted for valid requests made no later than 24 hours before the session starts.
• Requests less than 24 hours before a session starts: you are entitled to one rescheduling to a later session; reasonable exceptions are reviewed case by case.
• After a session has taken place or its materials/access have been provided: payment is generally non-refundable, subject to service failure and applicable law.
• If the organizer cancels your session without offering a suitable replacement session, you are entitled to a full refund.

6. Membership

Membership plans provide access to certain features according to the selected tier. Tier details and benefits are shown on the membership page. Your membership status is visible on your account page; membership change or cancellation requests are handled by contacting us at sipilotinformasiteknologi@gmail.com.

7. User Responsibilities

• Provide accurate information when registering and paying.
• Do not misuse the Service, disrupt its operation, or access data you are not entitled to.
• Do not share class meeting links with unauthorized parties.
• Keep your personal payment link confidential — anyone holding the link can view your payment page until the link expires.

8. Aviation Disclaimer

Sipilot's tools and information are educational and referential. They are not a substitute for official aircraft documentation, certified training, or licensed pilot judgment. Operational flight decisions remain solely the responsibility of the pilot in command.

9. Intellectual Property

The Service's content, branding, and materials belong to Sipilot or its licensors and may not be copied or distributed without permission.

10. Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided as is. To the extent permitted by law, Sipilot is not liable for indirect losses arising from use of or inability to use the Service.

11. Governing Law and Disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Indonesia. Disputes shall first be attempted to be resolved amicably; failing that, they are resolved through the competent courts in our place of business.
